We are seeking a proactive and energetic Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, KSA.
The ideal candidate will focus on generating qualified leads and scheduling meetings for the sales team to drive new business opportunities. This role is crucial in supporting the sales process and ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Generate high-quality leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and cold outreach.
- Identify prospects' needs and qualify them for further discussions with the sales team.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team with potential clients to explore new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to foster future sales.
- Conduct research to identify new markets, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies.
- Maintain and update lead generation CRM tools with accurate information.
- Set up and coordinate meetings and demos between prospective clients and the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects after meetings to ensure proper handover to the sales team.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation progress and pipeline activity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Saudi nationality is a Must.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in lead generation, Sales support, Tele sales or a related role, preferably in software development, e-commerce, or e-payment.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools and CRM systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
- Ability to qualify leads and understand client needs.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
